Introduction to Lenovo’s AI Initiative

In a pioneering move this year, Lenovo organized its first-ever Artificial Intelligence Marathon, a strategic effort to enhance the skills of young individuals in harnessing advanced AI tools for productive purposes. Participation and Project Focus

During the months-long contest, a diverse group of students showcased their talents by developing projects that demonstrated the practical applications of AI in fields such as marketing, communication, and content creation. Participants drew inspiration from Lenovo’s inspiring campaign, ‘Your Aura is Limitless’, emphasizing limitless potential and innovation.

Details of the Competition

The competition, organized by Lenovo—a global leader in computing and high-performance technology—received a remarkable response with 325 applications from 99 schools and 78 different departments. Collaborating with Youthall, Lenovo provided a platform for students to explore AI-driven solutions in areas like text generation, video and visual content creation, sound design, and interactive experiences.

Evaluation and Rewards

The finalists presented their projects to a distinguished jury comprising Lenovo Turkey managers and industry experts. The top performers received exciting prizes: the first-place winner was awarded a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i laptop, the second-place recipients received a Lenovo Tab P12 tablet, and the third-place winners took home a Lenovo Tab M11 tablet. To support high-performance AI applications, Lenovo’s Legion series computers were also utilized during the competition.
